Motion corrected micrographs of alpha-LTX. The micrographs are the motion corrected average of 49-51 movie fractions, which were themself created from 918-1225 EER movie frames. The accumulated electron dose was ~50 electrons per square Angstroem. The coordinates for the aLTX Pore and Prepore state are located in the respective folders data/aLTX_Coordinates_Pore_4_EMPIAR and data/aLTX_Coordinates_Prepore_4_EMPIAR, Picked particle positions are in corresponding .box text files (with X and Y coordinates in 1st and second column respectively). The movies in Falcon 4i Electron Event Representation (EER) are in the folder data/aLTX_EERs_4_EMPIAR.
