Details:

Micrographs are provided as multi-frame movies collected in super-resolution mode on a Gatan K3 direct electron detector and have filenames terminating in "frames.tif". The "references" subdirectory contains an MRC-format gain-reference file. The "xml" subdirectory contains Thermo EPU-format XML metadata files with image shift information which can be used for image shift group splitting.
