Raw, non aligned micrograph movies in EER format from Falcon 4i detector.Total electron dose for 3.42 s exposure is 50 electrons per square angstrom, which is fractionated into 1240 EER frames. This data set was collected from 1 grid and the nominal defocus range is -0.8 to -2.0 μm.
Acceleration Voltage: 300 kV, Cs: 2.7 mm, Magnification: 165,000, Pixel Size: 0.727 angstrom/pixel.
