Details:

Images were recorded as movies of 10 frames and were motion-corrected on-the-fly in SerialEM. Tilt series were acquired from the stage pretilt angle of 8 degree, and images were collected using a dose-symmetric acquisition scheme with 2 degree increments, up to +64 or 66 and -52 degrees.
