Raw movies collected with 50 frames, 50 e- total dose, 2.031 s exposure time, 0.0405 s frame time, and 24.61 e- Å-2 s-1 dose rate. Polished particles are in the the Polish folder. Information of particles used in consensus reconstruction is available as consensus_prereduction.star . Information of particles used in cryoDRGN analysis is available as cryoDRGN_prereduction.star .
