Details:

Cryo-EM data were collected on an FEI Titan Krios microscope operated at 300 kV and equipped with a Gatan K3. The micrographs are motion-corrected images of 38 raw movie frames (total exposure 58.6 electron per squared Angstrom). Pixel size of 0.8512 Å. The dataset was collected on streptavidin grids; the streptavidin layer has already been removed from the micrographs deposited here.
