Details:

Non-gain corrected micrographs were imaged using a Gatan K2 in counting mode with a GIF BioQuantum energy filter (20 eV slit width) on an FEI 300 keV Titan Krios microscope with a 100 μm objective aperture. 10 s exposures captured in 25 frames and a total dose of 48 electrons Å-2.
