Structure of the turnover-ready state of an ancestral respiratory complex I
Non-gain corrected micrographs were imaged using a Gatan K3 in super-resolution mode and with a GIF BioQuantum energy filter (20 eV slit width) on an FEI 300 keV Titan Krios microscope with a 100 μm objective aperture. 4.0 s exposures captured in 40 frames and a total dose of 45 electrons Å-2. Dataset also contains polished particle stacks and gain reference files.
