Single particle dataset of respiratory complex I from Paracoccus dentrificans in MSP2N2 nanodiscs [16814 multi-frame micrographs composed of 40 frames each in TIFF format]

Structure of the turnover-ready state of an ancestral respiratory complex I
Non-gain corrected micrographs were imaged using a Gatan K3 in super-resolution mode and with a GIF BioQuantum energy filter (20 eV slit width) on an FEI 300 keV Titan Krios microscope with a 100 μm objective aperture. 2.4 s exposures captured in 40 frames and a total dose of 46.6 electrons Å-2. Dataset also contains polished (0.533 pixel size) and re-polished (0.534 pixel size) particle stacks and gain reference files.
