Details:

Raw unaligned movie files (tif format, 40 frames, not gain corrected). Collected on a Titan Krios equipped with a K2 Summit direct electron detector and post-column energy filter. The microscope was operated at 300 kV accelerating voltage. Magnified pixel size of 1.06Å. Μovies were obtained at an exposure of 1.3 electrons/Å^2/frame.
