This folder contains raw, multi-frame tilt images. Data was collected on a K3 detector in super-resolution mode with a super-resolution pixel size of 1.329Ã…/pixel. Mdoc files and the gain reference are provided inside the folder. This data is from the preliminary experiment shown in Fig. EV2A of the associated publication. TS_167, TS_169, TS_171, TS_172, TS_173 are from cells treated with 2.5uM Cytochalasin D (2h) and 25uM MG132 (5h). TS_178, TS_179, TS_180, TS_181, TS_182, TS_183, TS_185, TS_186 are from cells treated with 2.5uM Cytochalasin D (2h) and 2uM thapsigargin (5h).
Tomograms binned by 4 (from non-super resolution pixel size), reconstructed and deconvolved in WARP. This data is from the preliminary experiment shown in Fig. EV2A of the associated publication. TS_167, TS_169, TS_171, TS_172, TS_173 are from cells treated with 2.5uM Cytochalasin D (2h) and 25uM MG132 (5h).
