Details:

This the particle stack for the global reconstruction of the flexible HER2-Trastuzumab-Pertuzumab ternary complex. It allows reconstruction to an overall resolution < 3.3 A. The data sign is +1, white particle on dark background. The accompanying star file is exported from the last round of global refinement in cryoSPARC v. 4.1.2, with all the CTF parameters recorded. The dataset displays considerable continuous conformational variability.
