Details:

5808 unaligned multiframe micrographs in LZW compressed TIFF format of 139 tilt series of chloramphenicol treated M. pneumoniae cells. Data collected with a Gatan K3 camera in non-CDS mode, magnification 64k, and 3.34 e-/pixel dose per tilt. Gain reference needs flipping along the Y axis. SerialEM mdoc files and the IMOD/etomo alignment files (preferentially with motion correction and raw data processing performed in Warp) are provided.
