Data from Dataset 9 part 1: Raw multi-frame movies of tilt series collected on protrusions of control or cofilin knock-down Drosophila S2 cells treated with 2.5 uM Cytochalsin D for 2 hours and 2 uM thapsigargin for 5 hours. The gain reference is provided within the main folder. Data was collected on a K3 camera at a pixel size of 2.659 Å / pixel.
