Arctica operated at 200 kV with a GatanK3 imaging system collected at 36,000X nominal magnification. The calibrated pixel size of 0.5480 Å was used for processing.
Movies were collected using Leginon (Suloway et al., 2005) at a dose rate of 21.17 e-/Å2/s with a total exposure of 2.40 seconds, for an accumulated dose of 50.82 e-/Å2. Intermediate frames were recorded every 0.05 seconds for a total of 48 frames per micrograph.
