Details:

Unaligned and not gain corrected 40 frame movies with an accumulated exposure of 40 electrons per squared Angstrom. The gain reference was generated from a part of the dataset with "relion_estimate_gain" program in RELION 4.0. After the images whose CTF max resolutions were beyond 5 Å were selected, 500 micrographs were randomly selected and used for the following processing.
