Micrographs were collected at the Umeå Core Facility for Electron Microscopy on a Titan Krios (Thermo Fisher Scientific) operated at 300 kV, equipped with a Gatan K2 BioQuantum direct electron detector. EPU (Thermo Fisher Scientific) was used for the automated data collection of a total of 3078 movies with 20 frames at a total
dose of 28.6 e−/Å2, a pixel size of 1.041 Å, and a defocus range between 0.7 and 2 μm.
