Structural basis of mammalian respiratory complex I inhibition by medicinal biguanides
Non-gain corrected micrographs were imaged using a Gatan K3 in super-resolution mode and with a GIF BioQuantum energy filter (20 eV slit width) on an FEI 300 keV Titan Krios microscope with a 100 μm objective aperture. 1.7s exposures captured in 40 frames and a total dose of 40 electrons Å-2. Dataset also contains xml files for each image, and gain reference files.
