Gain reference supplied in data/frames as MRC and requires a 270 CW rotation prior to application to TIFs. Fluence per tilt-movie is 1.8 electrons per square Angstrom. SerialEM metadata for the 19 tilt-series is in data/mdocs, Warp/M metadata in data/xmls_and_tomostars, and positions of ribosomes in data/ribosome_positions as M formatted .star files.
