Details:

This dataset contains the raw micrographs of the in vitro reconstituted nucleosome containing 176bp GUB DNA and Xenopus laevis canonical histones with "close" linker DNA conformation. The gain reference file has been uploaded as "reference.mrc", which must be flipped (upside down) and turned 90 degrees. Total dose = 35.5 e/A^2. Talos Arctica + K2 (super-resolution mode) 200kV, Spherical Abberation= 2.7mm. The dataset contains low-quality micrographs that were removed from the analyses described in the paper.
