This dataset contains the raw micrographs of the oligo nucleosome fraction from the metaphase chromosome in Xenopus egg extract (lot2). The gain reference file has been uploaded as "reference.mrc", which must be flipped (upside down) and turned 90 degrees. Total dose = 34.2 e/A^2. Talos Arctica + K2 (super-resolution mode) 200kV, Spherical Abberation= 2.7mm. The dataset contains low-quality micrographs that were removed from the analyses described in the paper.
