This dataset contains the raw micrographs of the di nucleosome fraction from the interphase chromosome in Xenopus egg extract (lot1). The gain reference file has been uploaded as "reference.mrc", which must be flipped (upside down) and turned 90 degrees. Total dose = 55.5 e/A^2. Titan Krios + K2 (super-resolution mode) 300kV, Spherical Abberation= 2.7mm. The dataset contains low-quality micrographs that were removed from the analyses described in the paper.
