Particle positions can be extracted from RELION3.1 run_data.star file that contains the final reconstruction parameters including particle coordinates, angles and CTF parameters. The micrographs directory contains gain reference file for K3 detector: CountCDSRef_20201008_Apoferritin_b8_g3_ID1671_102_0000.mrc, defects file defects_20201008_Apoferritin_b8_g3_ID1671_102_0000.txt and SerialEM log file: log_ID1671_20201008.log . The total electron dose per micrograph was 60 e-A-2.
