For CARD8(S297A)-DPP9, 3,840 movies were collected at a stage tilt of 37° with defocus range between −0.8 to −2.5 μm and to record one shot for each of the four holes per stage movement through image shift. All movies were exposed with a total dose of 63.67 e-/Å2 for 1.5 s fractionated over 50 frames. References are in references folder
