Details:

Tilt series were collected at 3 degree steps from -51 to 51 degrees with a 3.5 micron defocus using SerialEM with a total dose of 120 e-/Å2. Micrographs were aligned by MotionCorr2 and tomograms were aligned and reconstructed using Appion-Protomo.
