Details:

Total electron dose for 2.5 s exposure is 50 electrons per square angstrom, which is fractionated into 33 movie frames. This data set was collected from two grids. Part1 is collected from one grid, and part2-3 are collected from the other grid. Part 2 and part3 was acquired in different machine time.
