The micrographs are unaligned movies collected with Leginon from a Gatan K2 Summit in counting with 50 frames (200 ms frame rate) for a 10,000 ms exposure and 62.59 e–/Å2 for the whole movie. The norm mod bright reference is matched at the same orientation to be immediately used for correction on the images.
