Shiny particles after particle polishing used for the Nature paper were further down-sampled to 1.699 Å/px and windowed to 320 px. These particles were used in the Multibody paper.
The particle STAR file after consensus refinement, masks and initial references for four bodies and a body STAR file are also included. Readers can reproduce the multibody refinement in the paper using these inputs.
