Details:

Data were collected as dark subtracted, non-gain-normalized stacks and saved as LZW-compressed TIFFs (accumulating 30 electron per squared Angstrom in a 9 second exposure).Raw movie stacks were unpacked, converted to mrc and corrected for gain reference with IMOD "clip" command. The micrographs are the mrc movie frames without alignment.
