131899 particle stack has been obtained from 2479 images with 50 frames per image, using frames from 1 to 50, aligned on a per-particle basis using Rubinstein's particle polishing software, exposure-weighted, not inverted, normalized. Stack contains a heterogeneous mixture of particles. In order to account for highly preferred orientation of the specimen, data was acquired using tilts ranging from 10-60 degrees, in addition to untilted images at 0 degrees. Parameter file for Frealign and Relion (stack is not yet normalized to Relion format) provided.
