The description of particle stack: (1) 26S.mrcs 237,083 particles for double cap with dimension of 640*640. (2) 26S_A.mrcs 85,420 particles for double cap at SA state, the dimension of particles is 640*640; (3) 26SH_A.mrcs 139,236 particles for RP-CP complex at SA state, the dimension of particles is 360*360; (4) 26SH_B.mrcs 18,443 particles for RP-CP complex at SB state, the dimension of particles is 360*360; (5) 26SH_C.mrcs 10,622 particles for RP-CP complex at SC state, the dimension of particles is 360*360; (6) 26SH_D.mrcs 14,382 particles for RP-CP complex at SD state, the dimension of particles is 360*360; the pixel size of all the particles stack is 0.86 angstrom.
