Tilt images were collected from -60 to +45 in 3 degree increments. Total dose was 54 electrons/A2. Nominal defocus was 10 microns and CTF correction was applied in IMOD.

The reconstructed data is in HeLa_host9a.rec and consists of 952 unsigned byte 3708x3838 images.
