The files were written as gain-unnormalised TIF files by EPU. The dose rate is 0.89 e/A2/frame. Please use Movies/FoilHole_19945800_Data_19967971_19967973_20210320_192134_gain.tiff as a gain reference without any rotation or flipping.

data/AGD/start_end_coordinates contains start-end coordinates of the manually picked filaments.

data/AGD/data.star contains STAR files with the metadata of the final refined segments.
