All image stacks (accumulating 41 electrons per squared Angstrom exposure in 30 frames / 6 second exposure) were drift-corrected using software UcsfDfCorr. '5 X 5' patch option was used. Dose rate was set to 1.4 electrons to perform the exposure filtering procedure implemented in the program. Deposited data is the sum of all corrected frames.
