Details:

Grids were imaged using a 300 kV Titan Krios (ThermoFisher Scientific)
equipped with a K3 camera (Gatan), a Cs corrector and a BioQuantum imaging filter (Gatan).
Images were recorded using SerialEM with a pixel size of 0.676 Å/px over a nominal defocus
range of −0.6 to −2.0 μm and 20 eV energy filter slit width.Gain-normalized movies were recorded in counting mode (K3 camera; image dimensions of 4092 × 5760 px) with 20 e−/px/s (at the camera) in dose-fractionation mode of 0.03 s over a 1.2 s exposure (40 frames) to give a total dose of 52.5 e−/Å2.
