Details:

Raw multiframe cryo-EM movies collected on a FEI Arctica at 200 keV using a Gatan K3. Total electron exposure was 50 e-/A^2 with a defocus range of -0.6 to -1.6 um. Data collection used SerialEM. The gain reference will be uploaded as auxiliary data under /data/gain/CountCDSRef_20260126_matchDNA_2_71-90_0001_X+0Y+0-0.mrc.
