Details:

Raw multiframe cryo-EM movies collected on a Titan Krios G2i at 300 keV using a Gatan K3. Total electron exposure was 50 e-/A^2 with a defocus range of -0.6 to -1.6 um. Data collection used SerialEM. The regenerated acquisition gain reference will be uploaded as auxiliary data under /data/25Nov13/gain/gain_25Nov13.mrc.
