Details:
This dataset contains ferritin single-particle cryo-EM data collected using the Falcon4i camera. The uploaded directory includes the original, unprocessed whole EER files as generated by the CR-BIS acquisition scheme. Each whole EER file can be split into 12 individual single-particle images corresponding to different target positions using the provided Python scripts. Please note that running the splitting script automatically deletes the original whole EER files.
