Sample of catalytic double mutant D541A, D611A of Clostridium butyricum Argonaute in ternary form (mix of monomers and dimers), bound to single stranded guide DNA ([P]-ATTTATGTGATTTTTC) and single stranded target DNA (GAAAAATCACATAAAT). Purified in buffer 20 mM Tris-HCl pH 7.5, 250 mM KCl, 5% glycerol. 50 frame movies, with a 50 e/A^2 electron dose, on a 300 kV Titan Krios with Falcon 4i detector, with 2.7 mm C2 lens, collected with a 0.57 A pixel size.
