Details:

Raw cryo-EM dose-fractionated movies acquired on a Titan Krios equipped with a K3 direct electron detector. Movies were recorded as multi-frame TIFF stacks with approximately 32 frames per movie at a calibrated pixel size of 0.82 Å/pixel. The data are unaligned and unprocessed, intended for motion correction and downstream single-particle analysis.
