- frames: Contains the motion-corrected frames corresponding to the 242 tilt series used in this - mdocs: Contains the processed .mdoc files for the 242 tilt series. These files were reorganized and reformatted to be compatible with our processing workflow.
- raw_mdocs: Contains the original, unmodified .mdoc files exactly as obtained during data acquisition.
