Details:

Focused ion beam-scanning electron microscope (FIB-SEM) data from Plasmodium berghei Cl15 cy1 strain prepared using nycodenz-enrichnebt. FIB-SEM data collection....The parasites were cultivated using an ookinete cultivation method for 24 hours. Stacks were registered with SIFT using the translation option in FIJI. The Northern drift was corrected by multistackreg. The file was converted to the mrc format with pixel size correction.
