Optics groups were assigned based on the beam shift group ID written by EPU in file names
(5th "field" as delimited by underscores, and numbering from 1 at "FoilHole"):

FoilHole_29301454_Data_29237750_5_20240330_041019_fractions.tiff

So in this specific file name, the field encoding beam shift group has value 5.

The .cs file from the CTF estimation job is provided, in case you'd like to convert it to star: J18_exposures_exported.cs

# Particle coordinates info

The particle coordinates star file was generated from file J163_intersect_B_exported.cs (from CryoSPARC), using csparc2star.py from pyem v0.66, as follows:

csparc2star.py --inverty --flipy J163_intersect_B_exported.cs P306-J163_particles_exported.star

Superfluous columns in the resulting star file were then dropped using teamtomo/starfile.py.

The UIDs and suffixes from CryoSPARC were removed, so the resulting file names match the file names of the raw movies (but with .mrc instead of .tiff). If your motion correction writes different file names, you will need to make matching names either by editing the star file or by creating symlinks with names as in the star file.
