Data represents aligned, motion corrected, dose-weighted micrographs. Each micrograph is the sum of 50 frames collected from Quantifoil grids on a 300 keV Titan Krios in counting mode using a Gatan K3 camera at 105K magnification and a pixel size of 0.84A. Total electron exposure on specimen level corresponds to 49.95 electrons per Å^2.
