MRC movies (FoilHole_*_Fractions.mrc) in this entry were compressed by bzip2 (pbzip2) by EMPIAR Japan to save space and bandwidth. Some programs (e.g. RELION >= 4.0.1 and CryoSPARC) can process compressed movies without explicit decompression. For other programs, movies have to be decompressed beforehand. In this case, you might want to convert decompressed MRC movies into TIFF to save your local storage. Original size: 11,221,465,256 kilobytes Compressed size: 5,074,891,571 kilobytes WARNING: PDBj discovered that some movie files were smaller than the size expected from the header. These files were probably truncated in the depositor's storage or during upload to EMPIAR-EBI. We compressed them as they were. The files were listed in TOO_SMALL.txt.
