Details:
Movie stacks are gain corrected but unaligned, 10,860 movies, each containing 38 tiff frames with a dose per frame of ~1.15 e-/Å2. The total cumulative dose for each movie is ~44 e-/Å2 over a 4 s exposure. Predominantly Tau fibrils present, also meshes of abeta fibrils and a small percentage of fibrils that resemble TMEM106B from 2D class averages.
