- Please use gain.mrc as a gain reference without flipping or rotation. - The dataset was collected with 3x3 image shifts. The shift direction is indicated in the file name (e.g. "X+0Y+0"). Nine optics groups were created for data processing. - The scope has a Cs corrector. The Cs after correction is 0.065 mm. - The pixel size in the image header (0.87 Å/px) is not accurate. The right value is 0.88 Å/px. - The flux is 1.0 e/Å^2/frame.
