FEI Titan Krios microscope operated at 300 kV and equipped with a Gatan K2 Summit detector and a Gatan Quantum GIF LS energy filter. Micrographs were collected in super-resolution mode and fourier-cropped on-the-fly with FOCUS software, consisted of 50 frames for a total exposure time of 10 s and a total dose of 80 e-/Å2. The defocus ranged between –2.2 and –1 μm. Data collected with Serial EM.
