The Saccharomyces cerevisiae Yta7 ATPase hexamer contains a unique bromodomain tier that functions in nucleosome disassembly
The micrographs are the average, without any realigment, of 75 raw movie frames (accumulating 65 electron per squared Angstrom in a 1.5 second exposure). The tilt folder has 8554 movies and the untilt folder has 7978 movies.
