Details:
Huh7, a human hepatoma-derived cell was immunostained using antibody against Golgi matrix protein GM130 and imaged using Focused Ion Beam Scanning Electron Microscopy (FIB-SEM) with voxels of 4.0 x 4.0 x 8.0 nm.

Immunolabeling as described in
Lak B, Li S, Belevich I, Sree S, Butkovic R, Ikonen E, Jokitalo E. Specific subdomain localization of ER resident proteins and membrane contact sites resolved by electron microscopy. Eur J Cell Biol. 2021 Sep-Nov;100(7-8):151180. doi: 10.1016/j.ejcb.2021.151180. Epub 2021 Oct 4

Stained using ferrocyanide-reduced osmium + thiocarbohydrazide + osmium (OTO) method

Purified mouse anti-GM130 was from BD biosciences.
